It is very common for women to want to restore their figures after having children. One of the most common discussions is about breast shape and volume. This 32-year old woman had been a 34 C bra size prior to having kids and breast feeding. She gained 70 lbs with each pregnancy and went up to a 38 DD. After her kids, she settled out to a slack and lax 36B- all skin.

Although she is a small 5’5” and 120 lbs, most of her “B” cup was loose skin without much volume. After years of poorly fitting bathing suits and tops, and complaints about her disproportion, she finally decided to reclaim her figure by restoring her breast volume.

This woman, like so many others, chose to shape her beasts (augmentation) with silicone (265cc) implants in the submuscular position and tighten her breasts (breast lift/mastopexy) which brought her breasts up to their normal position. She has well concealed incisions around the areola, vertically on the lower breast mound and horizontally in the breast crease. She looks great, feels great, and brings a lot of confidence to her wardrobe.
