This 50-year old library technician and mother of two wanted a change. A few years back she underwent a hysterectomy and had a very large scar. She felt self-conscious of the scar and the excess weight around her midsection. She was ready to make a change in her life so she could feel more confident in herself.  She was 5’5”, 206 lbs and a size 14.

                During her consultation with me in my Connecticut office, we discussed her options and came down to the abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) procedure with liposuction. With this procedure I would be able to remove all the excess weight and skin around her abdomen and most of her scar.

                During her surgery I removed 2,200cc of fat and tissue from her abdomen. I was also able to successfully remove her scar to almost nothing. She was very pleased with the results and now has the confidence to wear a size 8 dress, knowing that all her curves are where they belong.
