Dr. Mahony is a board certified plastic surgeon with nearly 30 years experience in aesthetic surgical and non-surgical procedures. In addition, she is one of the rare (approximately 6%) of plastic surgeons who are women. Dr. Mahony is a graduate of prestigious Yale University and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Her general surgery and plastic surgery residencies were completed at the University of Pennsylvania as was her hand and microsurgery fellowship. Dr. Mahony is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons as well as the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. She has been trained and certified by Charles Runels, MD in Vampire PRP procedures. She also holds certification in ALMI (micronized autologous fat) procedures. Her surgical practice is split evenly into cosmetic facial, breast and body procedures. Her non-surgical practice includes: toxins, fillers, PRP, all Vampire procedures, ALMI, peels, mechanical resurfacing, Kybella and micropen.
Dr. Mahony provides small group injectables workshops for up to 4-6 people at her office in Westport, CT. Workshops are 1-2 day experiences and consist of lecture, hands-on models and are tailored to fit your level of expertise.
