35yo, F, G2P2, 5’9″, 165lbs
This patient had spent most of her life self-conscious about her eyes. Genetics had unfortunately gifted her with excess skin and fat in her upper eyelids, which gave her a tired and much older appearance than her vibrant young age. She often used thick rimmed glasses to hide behind.
