Breast Augmentation
This 40-year old, 5’8, 138lb mother of two, complained of sagging breasts after breast feeding. She was unhappy with her loose lax skin and the loss of volume. She met with Dr. Mahony in hopes of restoring her breasts prior to children. Dr. Mahony performed a breast augmentation with 360cc saline implants, placed submuscular, through the inframammary fold incisions.
This patient was is very happy with her new D cup!
