Breast Augmentation
At 36- years old and after kids, this woman was tired of padded bras and push up bras. She was also tired of not seeing the “sexy” in the mirror that she felt in her heart. Having met another patient of mine who had breast augmentation, this woman decided that it was now her time to bring her “sexy” back. She 5’6, 130lbs and an A cup bra.
She tried on several sized implants with different tops in my Westport, Connecticut office so she could select the implant size that was best for her. I guided her away from those that were too small and also, too large. She chose implants that would give her about a D cup and balance her curvy hips.
Although this woman holds down three jobs and manages two kids, she believed looking her best would empower her to be her best. She had a submuscular breast augmentation with 360cc saline implants, using the inframammary incisions. Less than two weeks later she was in Mexico with her boyfriend and had the best vacation yet. With more energy than ever, she is back to work and taking care of her family.
