Breast Augmentation
This is a 25-year old, 5’5, 135lb woman who came to me complaining of small breasts. She wanted to find out about how to make her breasts fuller and more feminine. She wanted to feel more confident about her body.
When she came to my Connecticut office to discuss her goals, I told her about breast augmentation, which would be her best course of action. In my office she was able to try on different sized implants to get a feel for what would fit her body and goals best.
During her procedure I inserted a 330 cc saline implant into both her breasts submuscularly using and inframammary incision. She went from a 34A to a 34D.
This woman moved on to become a legal assistant. Now, she is finishing up law school and will soon be in practice.
