At 46 years old, this 5’4” 120 lb self employed lady decided it was time to do something for herself.

She had always wanted to balance out her figure with a fuller bust line so she began looking into breast augmentation. One thing she knew for sure was that she was tired of being an A cup. She thought the hardest decision would be to figure out what size to get- until she met Dr. Mahony.

Their first consultation was really helpful.  She learned about the differences between implants and how the projection and the diameter of the implant impact on the “look” of the breasts.  She learned about the recovery and was able to determine how much time she might need off from work.  The follow up consultation gave her plenty of time to try her clothes with different sizers to see what looked best. Her goal was to be in the C cup range which would be perfect for her figure.

The surgery was a breeze and she was very pleased with all of the staff. She went with saline implants in the submuscular position, using an incision in the fold of the breasts.  Hardly visible at all.  She chose 250 cc round saline implants and was thrilled when she discovered that this was a perfect C cup!
