I am a patient who has a scheduled surgery with Dr. Mahony so I can only speak to the care and services provided thus far, and all I can say is that the front desk and everyone in that office works incredibly hard to answer all of your questions within a timely manner, get your paperwork, get you in the office to address any concerns, etc. That said, they are incredibly busy, so expecting them to have all the time in the world for phone calls and answering everything at any given second is unrealistic, especially when they’re clear about patients needing to come in person to see what they’re looking for (harder to address via phone call no?). So far missed calls have received call backs, my messages and emails have received responses, and my questions have been answered (with care and compassion). So all these reviews about the front desk are clearly coming from a place of entitlement, lack of patience, and respect. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the team and Dr. Mahony and I am super excited for my procedure next week 🙂

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Mahony and her amazing clinic. She works miracles and pays attention to every detail. My wife and I have come here on several occasions. Each time we leave happier and more refreshed than the time before. We feel like our younger selves which has really strengthened our marriage. The front desk staff is excellent. Always professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Thank you so much Dr. Mahony and your amazing office staff for all that you do!

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff was very nice, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. During my consultation with Dr. Ellen Mahony, she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. I’m very excited to schedule my procedure with Dr. Mahony and truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team.
