A mini-abdominoplasty or mini-tummy tuck removes the “pooch” below the belly button that is notoriously resistant to diet and exercise. This procedure is often combined with liposuction for a full 360 degree transformation as with this patient. Notice how liposuction of the posterior hip and outer thigh area help define and lift the buttocks in the profile/lateral pictures.
