There’s nothing that gets more in our way than when our neck starts to look less like our own and more like our mother’s. This 55 year old woman was fed up with her neck fullness and double chin and wanted to restore her facial and neck line. She began to explore facelift and neck lift options.
Working with a woman was important to her. She felt that Dr. Mahony would be best able to understand her concerns and patiently listen to her goals. She was relieved to learn that there was no pressure to rush her into a decision and that her consultation fee covered more than one visit. They met a few times and talked about a the pros and cons of both non-surgical and surgical options.
It became clear that her goals would best be met with surgery. She scheduled an outpatient procedure that included a 2 layer facelift, liposuction of the face and neck, and a neck lift. The next day she was relieved to know that her discomfort was totally manageable and that things just felt tight. No real pain!
Now looking much more like the person she really is, she has more spring in her step and enjoys the image she sees in the mirror!
