Breast Augmentation and Lift
Her breast shape and contour were awesome (!) prior to this lady’s 2 pregnancies and breast feeding. Once that was behind her, our 5’8” 150 lb gal was stunned to observe that her breast size changed from a full DD, down to a C cup, and that wasn’t the worst of it. Because the only things filling her heavily padded bra were a whole lot of excess skin and just a tiny, tiny bit of breast tissue. Not exactly the look our 34 yo was seeking.
At the very least, she was inspired to start looking into solutions to restore her breast shape and volume. Along the way, she discussed this with a friend who worked with Dr Mahony in the operating room. It was such a relief to her to have some first-hand information about the doctor’s skills, results and personality. She really needed to find out if she could accomplish her goal with just a breast augmentation or, was something additional needed? Dr. Mahony was her first stop!
The consultation was more than she expected. She learned so much about both breast augmentation and breast lift surgery that it became obvious to her that she needed BOTH an augmentation and a lift. She felt well informed about the position of the scars, the recovery and what to expect short term and long term. With that amount of information readily available, and understandable to her, she was completely comfortable moving forward with the surgery. She also knew she wanted saline implants.
Her surgery went without a hitch and her recovery was smoother than she expected. The saline implants were filled to 350cc on the right and 380 cc on the left. They are below the muscle. She is now at a D cup and tells us that she had a GREAT summer!
