Breast Augmentation
This 25-year old self employed woman was tired of her breasts not fitting her body. At 5’4 and 115lbs, her small A cup breasts made her feel too young and girly. She wanted a change so that she could feel like a more confident and sexy woman. She came to me looking for answers to her toughest questions about breast augmentation.
When she came to my Westport, Connecticut office, I answered all of her questions about breast augmentation and offered her the opportunity to try on different implants so she could get a feel of what breast size would accomplish her specific needs. We decided on a breast augmentation with saline implants.
During the surgery I inserted a 330 cc implant in her right breast and a 320 cc implant in her left breast using an inframammary incision that hides the scar within the crease of the breast. Since she came to me slightly asymmetrical, I was able to correct this problem by filling up the implants to the point that made them look even and natural.
This patient was so pleased with the results. She believed that this was the size she was meant to be and looked and felt great. She is now a 34 C.
