Breast Augmentation
This 27-year old woman from East Haven, CT, works in a very aesthetic driven field. She was an A cup and wanted to fill out her tops better. She was a small girl, and generally happy with her appearance. Eventually she was tired of the padded bras and gel inserts which felt fake and heavy. She decided she wanted a breast augmentation procedure to create a permanent solution.
In her consultation she spoke with me and realized that a large B cup would give her the look she desired without overwhelming her petite figure. We decided that a breast augmentation would be the best way to achieve her personal goal.
During the patient’s procedure I inserted 230 cc saline breast implants through the inframammary fold incision submuscularly. Postoperatively, she was able to move with little pain within a day and was free to return to work within three days.
After her procedure, she carried herself with more confidence, which translated itself to her achieving more in her field.
