Breast Augmentation
This is a 35-year old, 5’3″ 107lb woman, who was just annoyed at the loss of her breast shape and volume after having had 3 children. She was an A cup and has a very lean athletic body. She felt as though she had lost all the softness and femininity of her figure after kids.
Although she was uncertain if breast augmentation was for her, she decided to seek some opinions as to what was involved with the surgery. By the time she came to the office of Dr. Mahony, she was looking to be educated and not simply told what she should do.
Understanding her cautionary view, Dr. Mahony took the time to listen to what she wanted. It was clear that the lady was looking for some shape and a balanced figure. She didn’t want “large” breasts, she wanted some “proportion.” She also wanted to be able to wear a bathing suit that would stay in place and flatter her figure.
She tried on multiple sizers and went with 200 cc smooth walled , moderate plus implants- just enough to restore her proportion and soften her look. She is now a B cup and as relaxed as can be, looking forward to next summer!
