Dr. Mahony was phenomenal! She communicated and reached out to me as soon as I was inquiring about her services. I love her staff! I am looking forward to working with her and know it will be a great experience from beginning to end. I highlight recommend her!

I could not rave about this office enough. My surgery before and after is a true miracle. I loved every step of my process. I really enjoyed how thorough everyone was. I especially appreciated how Dr Mahony was with me during my whole consultation. Even thought I loved all the nurses it felt very personable to be with the person who would be operating on me. I could not recommend this office enough.

I am a patient who has a scheduled surgery with Dr. Mahony so I can only speak to the care and services provided thus far, and all I can say is that the front desk and everyone in that office works incredibly hard to answer all of your questions within a timely manner, get your paperwork, get you in the office to address any concerns, etc. That said, they are incredibly busy, so expecting them to have all the time in the world for phone calls and answering everything at any given second is unrealistic, especially when they’re clear about patients needing to come in person to see what they’re looking for (harder to address via phone call no?). So far missed calls have received call backs, my messages and emails have received responses, and my questions have been answered (with care and compassion). So all these reviews about the front desk are clearly coming from a place of entitlement, lack of patience, and respect. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the team and Dr. Mahony and I am super excited for my procedure next week 🙂

Not recommended. Bad experience from beginning to end , I had an upper eyelid blepharoplasty with Dr Mahony and unfortunately my experience and results were very disappointing. She Cut more skin on one eyelid than she did on the other eye. You could notice it right after the surgery, uneven cut, and one eye looks smaller than the other one even after healing. Such a simple thing to get right. I genuinely wish I had gone to another plastic surgeon to get better results. Now I have to go through a second surgery to correct the issues left behind, which is incredibly frustrating after the time, cost, and emotional stress of the first attempt. This was my experience, and I hope it helps others make a more informed decision.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Mahony and her amazing clinic. She works miracles and pays attention to every detail. My wife and I have come here on several occasions. Each time we leave happier and more refreshed than the time before. We feel like our younger selves which has really strengthened our marriage. The front desk staff is excellent. Always professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Thank you so much Dr. Mahony and your amazing office staff for all that you do!

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff was very nice, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. During my consultation with Dr. Ellen Mahony, she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. I’m very excited to schedule my procedure with Dr. Mahony and truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team.

The front desk has no idea what they’re talking about. Why would someone Book a consultation when the front desk can’t even give the client basic information. It’s a joke

Not a patient- never will be. I was considering flying across the country for a minor procedure but I had questions since they can’t do a virtual consultation. Dr. Ellen Mahony personally called me back to answer what the receptionist could not- and as I was explaining my situation she interrupted me with “do you have an actual question???” Incredibly rude and dismissive. Mind you- the total duration of the phone call was less than 3 minutes so I’m not sure why she was rushing me when the context to my situation was necessary before I could even ask my question as my case is a revision. I’ve had multiples surgeries in my life- breast reduction, lipo 360, fat grafting to hips, fat grafting to marionette lines, radio frequency lipo to arms and under the chin + lipo to inner and outer thigh (obviously at a seperate practice) and all I can say is a rude, dismissive surgeon who rushes patients and dismisses context and concerns is NOT going to provide compassionate care. Just off that encounter alone I do not recommend her.
