Heather is an incredible woman who achieves pretty much anything she puts her mind to. And as a mother of FIVE children – that’s no small feat! She manages to take care of her large family while also caring for her clients as a massage therapist and fitness instructor. Heather began her journey in May of 2019, starting with an abdominoplasty to remove the excess skin and tighten the abdominal muscles that were separated during pregnancy, known as diastasis recti. Later that year, it was time to restore the volume she lost after years of nursing with a breast augmentation using saline implants. Several months later, in July of 2021, she decided to “fine tune” her results with liposuction of her hips and thighs to remove the stubborn fat that was not responding to her exercise and diet program.
In June 2021, two years after her journey began and at 44 years old, Heather took center stage at a fitness competition where she placed FIRST! “It was amazing to be on stage and feel so confident! Thank you, Dr. Mahony for listening, and helping me reach my goals!”
