Kathy’s first visit, and all that followed, validated her every expectation. “Dr. Mahony and her staff were always there if I had a question or concern. I felt as if I were their only patient compared to several offices where I felt more like a number than an individual,” Kathy said.

While talking with Dr. Mahony, Kathy recalls, “I learned about all the procedures, which ones would meet my expectations and about the recovery process.” It became very clear that a tummy tuck was her first priority.

Kathy underwent her procedure shortly after her consultation, and afterwards said, “I had gastric bypass a year prior to my tummy tuck and I can’t tell you how happy I am. Thanks to Dr. Mahony I can proudly walk down a beach in a bikini, my belly looks fabulous!”

The confidence and value she felt in herself impacted her clothing choices, personality and easy manner. The following year, Kathy came back to pursue her second priority, breast enhancement surgery.

“I knew a little bit about breast lifts but I didn’t know much about breast implants. I needed Dr. Mahony to tell me about the differences between the procedures and give me a better idea of how I would look. She had me try on implants to get an idea of what the volume addition would do for me. It was amazing!”

Kathy loved the proportion and balance that a breast enlargement added to her figure. She selected 400 cc silicone implants and didn’t dream of having anyone else perform her surgery. As shown by her before and after photos, Kathy looks amazing!

Kathy has continued her makeover with skin care treatments at the Connecticut practice of Dr. Mahony, including dermal filler injections. These treatments, combined with her healthier lifestyle and previous surgical procedures, have transformed her life and self-confidence.
