Rhonda Looks Good and Feels Great

Rhonda is a beautiful, hard-working woman who enjoys dancing, reading, and traveling. She had been struggling with losing weight after undergoing a hysterectomy in 2016. Rhonda explained that “the surgery put my body into surgical menopause, which resulted in weight gain. I spent countless hours working out with a personal trainer, and the abdominal fat would just not go away.” After putting in all of that effort, and not seeing the results she wanted, she decided to get a ‘menopause makeover’ to help get rid of all that unwanted fat!

Finally, it was the big day, and Rhonda felt very prepared for her liposuction surgery. She described the staff at Norwalk Hospital as simply the best she had ever experienced and her recovery as easier than expected. “I had little to no bleeding, mild bruising, and not too much pain at all.”
Rhonda’s advice to anyone considering this surgery: “Follow instructions and you will not regret the decision. Make sure you are not as active initially and take your time easing back into anything physically demanding. I also feel the need to say this about liposuction, this is not a ‘get thin quick’ procedure. You still must eat right and exercise to get the optimal results. For me, it served as a jump-start to something I could not fix on my own.”
Rhonda used to describe herself as a curvier girl but now she has an hourglass shape and could not be happier! She used to shy away from full-body photos because she felt embarrassed to see her stomach protrude. Since then, she has taken quite a few because she feels more confident about her appearance and how her clothes look on her.
