Breast Augmentation
Sometimes the perfect dress is hard to find, especially when it’s your wedding dress. We are so happy for, 26 year old woman, 5’4, 125lbs, sort of a 34B cup but not really, who had an upcoming wedding on the horizon and finally wore the dress that made her dreams come true. She was happily engaged yet perpetually frustrated with the clothing challenges forever brought on by her very uneven breast shape. Her whole life she had dealt with very asymmetrical, small breasts. It was hard enough to find bras to accommodate her awkward size but the issue became almost painful while wedding dress shopping. After finding her dress, she made up her mind she wanted to look and feel gorgeous in it.
She began to search online for a surgeon who could guide her to the correct decision regarding surgical choices. Her internet exploration led her quickly to Dr. Mahony. In her consultation, Dr. Mahony extensively discussed the options that would correct her breast asymmetry, breast contour and self esteem and gave particular consideration to both the short and long term results that each choice would entail. After all, this was a young woman with a marriage, children, and breast feeding in her future. She really appreciated the time Dr. Mahony took with her. After careful consideration, this young woman chose breast augmentation. Dr. Mahony was happy to accommodate her time frame; she would have plenty of time to recuperate before her June wedding. To maximize the symmetry of her breasts, Dr. Mahony preformed a differential breast augmentation using 300cc Saline Moderate Plus implants and inserted both implants differently. The right breast, initially fuller, and positioned lower on the body was filled with 300cc saline solution and placed subglander (over the muscle). The left breast, originally smaller and higher on the body was filled with 400cc and inserted submuscluar (under the muscle).
She was amazed with the results and how great she felt about herself! The wedding and the dress were spectacular!
