Corrective Breast Surgery
This is the story of a 78-year-old female who was interested in a breast revision. She had silicone implants for over 40 years that became hard and painful due to a “silent leak.” As a result, she developed significant capsular contractures. She had the silicone implants removed, but due to the extensive and complex procedure to remove the ruptured silicone, new implants were not placed at that time.
