Breast Augmentation
This patient had been considering breast augmentation for a long time. After having two children, her breasts remained small and tight, so she decided it was time. Although she had done a lot of research, she also knew Dr. Mahony socially and professionally as they had worked together on several community events. So, it’s no surprise that her first call for a consultation was to her office.
At her consultation with Dr. Mahony, she was able to go over her goals for the surgery and had ample time to ask many questions. It was very important for her to be proportionate to her 5’10” 140 pound frame. With Dr. Mahony’s years of experience, she was able to recommend the perfect implant for this patient to compliment her body shape and size. Together they agreed on 300cc Saline Ideal Implants. Her biggest concern with the surgery was she could potentially lose sensation in her nipples. Dr. Mahony was able to discuss this low risk with her and explain surgical techniques that minimize this risk.
After a quick recovery, she was thrilled with the results, going from a 34A-34C. Dr. Mahony was able to enhance her breasts, complimenting her proportion and shape… and as far as sensation is concerned, never once was there a problem!
